The entire Middle East and Africa knew of the martyrdom of this great man. Libya has been in mourning since the official announcement of his death last week. This past Friday thousands gathered in Martyr's Square to pray for his final repose. His contributions are numerous and his life was one of selfless service to his people and the world's oppressed. His brilliance and famous generosity will be sadly missed. His family have paid a heavy price in life and blood. "It is ironic that the Libyans are to bear the full burden of this immense and ever-deepening conflict on behalf of the rest of this sleeping world!" Stop this sleep. Wake up so that the martyrs did not die in vain, so their final rest can be peaceful.
