BellaEiko, aka Jessica Hollie, tears up the mic at Oakland Public Safety Committee meeting on the Oakland PD's assault on her during the May Day Demonstrations. City Attorney Barbara Parker and Councilmember Patricia Kernighan introduced an ordinance that would ban shields, clubs, and many other objects at undefined "demonstrations."
