Axis of Logic routinely advises that citizens - particularly in the United States - should refrain from voting when one of those damn elections comes around. They are expensive exercises in self-flagellation that ultimately do nothing to improve people's lives, except for those who didn't need them improved in the first place.

Still, if you're American and you are planning to vote (and why would you?), please don't think of this as any kind of endorsement - but here is a little food for thought ...
