Supreme Court arguments used to be secretive things. The Internet has changed that. Important cases now often have their own Websites. They offer a wealth of information, much of it for lawyers, but a lot for non-lawyers as well.

, put together by the University of California, Berkeley law school’s Death Penalty Clinic about the lethal injection death penalty case that will be argued in the Supreme Court next Monday.

for the case. It also has a well-done Q & A http://www.law.berkeley.edu/clinics/dpclinic/LethalInjection/Public/qa.html that describes the issues in the case without a lot of legalese.
There is also an overview of botched executions — a key issue in the case — including photographs, which is not for the faint of heart.
