(Al Jazeera) - Paraguay's new president has been sworn in, bringing an end to more than six decades of one-party rule. Former Bishop Fernando Lugo once led anti-government protests and fought for peasant rights.
Key
to his victory was his promise of land reform. Now that Lugo's in
power, the poor who helped propel him to victory will be watching to
see if he delivers on the promise. Lucia Newman reports.
