NYPD (New York Peace Department) or Rent Yankee Stadium Like why is the media the mouthpiece, the go-between, the v in Us v. Them? They are just feeding the tragedy with their staged headlines like who do they think they are acting like some kinda Shakespeare’s bastard brother. Ok youse guys, here’s whatcha do to solve this thing in a New York minute, first off, ya know what a New York minute is? Like Johnny Carson once said, “It's the interval between a Manhattan traffic light turning green and the guy behind you honking his horn.” Sounds more like a second to me but i digress, ok, here’s what you do you rent Yankee Stadium, former Mayor Bloomberg can cover the cost, he owes it to the liberal, left-leanin’ rough yet mostly peace-minded city for saying this a few years ago: “I have my own army in the NYPD, which is the seventh biggest army in the world.” Ok, likes I was sayin’, you rent Yankee Stadium, it’s off-season, ya know, and you fill it with Blacks/African-Americans and the NYPD and de Blasio, he don’t get no sky booth, no, no, no, he’s gots to be on the field, on the level with everyone, you hear me, level playing field. Hire a mediator with global experience, like Jimmy Carter from The Carter Center ’cuz, ya know, he’s from the South, he knows about racial tensions. Let them talk air it out reach some agreements! Better than nothing, right? Better than living with fear or vengeance so thick you could cut it with a knife used to cut this effin’ holiday fruit cake someone gave me, damn, this thing is solid, ya know i might varnish it use it for a doorstep, ok, ok, my friends tell me stay on point. For the halftime show how’s about Chris Rock and Maxwell Smart? Huh? Seriously, though, rent Yankee Stadium, talk it out... Mankh (Walter E.
