Questionable

How can there be PG-13 rated movies
and immigration detention centers
in the same country?

How come some Brown Peoples are entrusted
to clean people’s yards,
while others are jailed for trying to enter the country
through a man-made border?

How come Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a federal holiday
but people are rounded up by the color of their skin
by people without any content of character?

How can Think-Big-Inside-the-Box home improvement stores
have umpteen choices of toilets yet homeless people
are urinating and defecating on the streets?

How come there are so many cooking shows on TV
yet 1 in 8 Americans are food insecure?*

How come there are so many damn questions to ask?
