The Iranian Government has consistently reported that the Zionists have been assassinating their university professors and scientists for the past year. Driving out and killing off a country's academics and scientists was also the method used for overrunning Iraq. It's sort of like a destruction of the human infrastructure of a country along with its physical infrastructure.

On August 2 Der Spiegel was the first capitalist media to state, "There is little doubt in the shadowy world of intelligence agencies that Israel is behind the assassination of Darioush Rezaei." When asked whether they have murdered Rezaei (actual name is Rezaeinejad), Israeli Ehud Barak simply says, “Israel is not responding." The Israelis do not deny Mossad's executions and one might conclude that they actually take pride in these murders. The hubris can be seen in how all the Israeli media headlines the assassinations immediately after they are carried out, describing them with overtures of victory. Some even hint at the possibility that Israel's Mossad is responsible for them. The same attitudes can be seen in the histories of other serial killers. One might fairly ask what is to be proud of in shooting and killing an unarmed man through his car window with his wife alongside and wounding her - on their way to pick up their child at kindergarten? Not exactly one of the more dignified human behaviors - not even civilized by anyone's definition.

Israel's murders abroad are sometimes boasted as a strategy, a means of creating fear to achieve certain objectives; in a word, "terrorism." The Iranian killings are rationalized as a means of preventing a nuclear attack on Israel. But looking a little deeper into the pathology of the killer, terrorizing others becomes a source of pleasure and begets a sense of power to strike with impunity wherever and whenever he wants. Serial killers have also been known to play "cat and mouse" with the homicide detective who is on their trail - it becomes a contest for them. Forensic psychologists have often identified their underlying demand for attention, their impotence, a deep sense of powerlessness, paranoia and the need to dominate that which they cannot control. Anyone can make today's headlines simply by killing another human being - a brief source of gratification - and killing another human being does not require a lot of skill or intelligence. After the first, it becomes even easier. Serial killers continue to kill to feed their addiction to attention-getting uproar.

Lost in their narcissism they cannot accept a place in the world with the rest of humankind who simply want to live their lives in peace and harmony with others. In a childlike manner, they have an insatiable need to be "front and center," to be the "special" one in the family. Their pathology demands it. It's important for the world to understand that there is nothing "special" - or even important about the Zionists and their Mossad assassins. They are different solely in that they have the resources of an organized crime syndicate that poses as a legitimate state - for money, weapons and travel. They are only common criminals who have created illegal means with weapons and false passports to go wherever they please and murder whomever they want. Murderers are removed from society by its members for the survival of its members. Eventually, these serial killers and the state that supports them will be arrested and removed from the community of civilized nations for their own survival. Meanwhile, they're just a little better at killing than the other impotent men who stalk the streets anywhere in search of their next unsuspecting victims.

Four news bulletins from Iran's Press TV follow with photos and stories of unarmed Iranian academics and scientists who have been assassinated by Israel as they were driving in their cars.

Iran's Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar

Iran's Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar says the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic have strongly displayed the country's immense military might which has raised fear in the West.

“Iran's Armed Forces have succeeded to design and manufacture domestically-built military weapons and to turn the Islamic Republic into a regional and international power,” Mohammad-Najjar said in the central Iranian city of Arak on Monday.

He added that enemies could not pose serious threats against the Islamic establishment in Iran thanks to its great military power, ISNA reported.

The minister pointed out that the assassination of Iranian scientists shows the enemies' weakness and stated that enemies moved to kill Iranian scientists and elite following their failure in confronting the country's militarily.

On July 23, unknown gunmen targeted Iranian university student Daryoush Rezaienejad, 35, and his wife who were on their way to their child's kindergarten. The gunmen called Rezaienejad by name and shot him in the neck when he turned around.

On November 29, 2010, two other Iranian academics became the target of terrorist attacks.

Unidentified terrorists detonated bombs in the vehicles of Dr. Majid Shahriari and Professor Fereydoun Abbasi in separate locations in the capital Tehran. Shahriari was killed immediately but Abbasi and his wife sustained injuries.

On December 2, Iran's Intelligence Ministry announced that Mossad, CIA and MI6 spy agencies played a role in those attacks.

In an article published on Monday entitled “Israel's Murderous Sabotage Strategy,” Der Spiegel wrote that the assassination was planned and implemented by Israel's intelligence agency, the Mossad.

It added that the terrorist attack was the “first action” of new Mossad chief Tamir Pardo and noted that the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists is part of Israel's sabotage strategy to stop or delay Iran's nuclear program.

Asked if Tel Aviv was involved in the assassination of the Iranian scholar, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said, “Israel is not responding."

On July 23, unidentified gunmen killed Rezaienejad outside his house. No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.

On November 29, 2010, two other Iranian academics were targeted in terrorist attacks.

Unidentified terrorists detonated bombs attached to the vehicles of Dr. Majid Shahriari and Professor Fereydoun Abbasi in separate locations in Tehran. Shahriari was killed immediately, but Abbasi and his wife only sustained injuries.

On December 2, 2010, the Iranian Intelligence Ministry announced that the Mossad, the CIA, and the MI6 all played a role in those attacks.

'US, Israel behind Iran scientist killings'

Senior Iranian lawmaker Kazem Jalali says the assassination of Iranian scientists shows the desperation of the US and Israel in dealing with Iran.

"When the Americans and the Zionist regime [of Israel] realized that they cannot stand against the resolve of the Iranian nation and [after they] witnessed our nuclear achievements they resorted to assassinating [our] scientists," he told reporters on Sunday.

The Speaker of the Majlis (parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Jalali, went on to add that these violent measures taken by the enemy indicate the depth of their desperation.

"[Daryoush] Rezaienejad's assassination was a blind operation in which an innocent individual was gunned down on the street, "Jalali was quoted by IRNA.

He added that the Iranian nation is clear on the identity of the terrorist and their supporters.

On Saturday, unknown gunmen killed prominent Iranian student, Rezaienejad, outside his house.

Rezaienejad and his wife were on their way to their child's kindergarten when they were approached by two men on a motorbike. The gunmen called him by name and shot Rezaienejad, 35, in the neck when he turned around.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Iran to up security for scientific elites

Iran's Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi says the Islamic Republic will enhance security measures for protection of the scientific elite in the country.

“The security officials of the country will definitely increase their efforts to further protect the scientists and scientific elites,” Mehr news agency quoted Vahidi as saying on Sunday.

The minister further pointed out that in the past terrorist incidents targeted university professors, but now the enemies of the country have expanded such attacks even to university students.

On July 23, unknown gunmen targeted Iranian university student Daryoush Rezaienejad, 35, and his wife who were on their way to their child's kindergarten. The gunmen called Rezaienejad by name and shot his neck when he turned around.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.

“The enemy tries to cause fear and obstruct the progress of the country,” Vahidi went on to say.

He also noted that by resorting to terror the enemy cannot achieve its goals as such acts of aggression will further prompt the Iranian educated elites to make more scientific achievements.

Meanwhile, Resolution 1747 adopted by the United Nations Security Council in March 2007 against the Islamic Republic cited Abbasi's name as a "nuclear scientist," thus suggesting that perpetrators behind the assassination could be traced through those who included the professor's name in the UN resolution.
