Why bring legal action against Canada? Because it needs to be done.

On January 7, we posted an article entitled The Truth About All Central Bank Controlled Nations. In an effort to show how simple it is to understand what's gone wrong in the 'central-bank-era', we included a video explanation - a video that showed a speech given by a 12-year old Canadian girl who seems to have more smarts than most of us.

That girl, Victoria Grant, readily strips away the farce that nations MUST operate their banking systems as they presently do. In fact, Victoria makes clear that the economies that have built up in those nations - with a few greedy overlords and a rapidly diminishing worth for those not among that group - don't make any sense. Unless, of course, you're among that elite group of overlords - then it makes perfect sense.

As a follow-up to our earlier article, we present another video - submitted by Axis of Logic writer Pamela Mac Neil - that points out Victoria Grant is not the only smart Canadian. This video deals with an extremely capable Toronto lawyer, Rocco Galati. He has made a name for himself tackling efforts of various government bodies to circumvent laws for political purposes. And he has clearly earned the respect of his peers as he has been named a Bencher - a prestigious honour within the Law Society of Ontario.

And now Galati is challenging the federal government and the Bank of Canada. The video explains well enough what he's doing and why. Essentially, he claims the Bank of Canada operates illegally and has hamstrung the Canadian economy for the sole purpose of enriching the few at the top while beggaring everyone else.

Much of his case rides on the Bank of Canada Act. Unlike ALL other G8 countries, Canada alone has a central bank that is a 'public' bank - all the others (the US Fed, the Bank of England, etc.) are private banks leading to the bizarre situation where private banks dictate economics to governments.

The Supreme Court of Canada declined to hear Galati's appeal of a lower court decision on the matter in May 2017. As is the SCC custom, reasons for declining were not offered although contemporary reporting seems to suggest they consider the matter to be a political fight, not a legal one.

However, the issue has not gone away and Mr Galati continues to push forward - going both the political and legal route.
