There’s a new-old social-media platform,
it’s called Face-to-Face-Book.
Here’s how it works:
It doesn’t cost anything. No gadgets required.
You actually meet with one or more people and,
wait for it, talk face-to-face,
telling the stories of your lives
and by telling those stories you learn from others,
get ideas for writing the next chapter of your life’s book,
and perhaps inspiring the other person’s chapter.
 
Or you can do it by phone,
which is called Faceless-to-Faceless-Book.
Either way, there are no pre-programmed news-feeds,
and you can’t simply “like” or “dislike”,
you have to explain why you “like” or “dislike”
and then be open to changing your opinion
after hearing the other person’s response.
 
Face-to-Face-Book has the added incentive of being able
to read the lines in someone’s face,
the color of the eyes,
the way the hair curls or doesn’t,
plus the ever-amazing tones of voice and facial features
enhancing both your ability to befriend and/or love someone
as well as your ability to determine
if someone is lying
through their extra-whitened or coffee-stained teeth.
 
Warning: Face-to-Face-Book could make you:
perspire, become nervous, or aroused;
in the case of heart-pounding excitement consult your doctor

or hug the other person.
