“Progressive” John Oliver joins Trump policies against Venezuela

A recent episode of the John Oliver show on HBO broadcast in the US has Venezuela as its central theme.
As
Oliver likes to think of himself as a “progressive”, one might have
thought that this episode would be a fairly serious, accurate, and even
educational episode on Venezuela and its current problems.
WRONG!
In
effect, Oliver bends over, drops his pants and spouts all the injected
invective, misinformation, disinformation, omission, and outright lies
against the Venezuelan people.
Fortunately, the Empire Files
undertook a critical look at Oliver’s (and his team’s) laziness and bias
when talking about the current situation in Venezuela, as well as its
causes and historical background.
Not only is Oliver caught
red-handed twisting the reality of a whole country but the commentary
about his program is educational and informative concerning what is
happening in Venezuela when compared to the corporate media version in
which everything is “Maduro’s fault”.
Conclusion – Oliver should be ashamed of participating in this dangerous propaganda.
This
is a video worth watching if you are interested in learning more about
the Bolivarian revolution and how the media war is being run against
this country.
