RESURRECTION

If I had died
And come back living
My life would be marked
By scars you've inflicted
Upon my soul and spirit.
My wounds would prove
The tyranny and slavery
Set upon my flesh
That eventually killed me off
Into the land of the haunted spirits
Where the Red Cross is barred
While the UN watches in indifference.
And the journalists cannot reach us
Behind the world unseen.
There are no enemy lines
Life penetrates into multi-dimension
What is seen is mere appearance
What is heard is calculated propaganda
What is spoken of in public spaces
is often dictated by forces that sit
Camouflaged
At the top of media towers
As the principality of airwaves.
What is unseen, unspoken of, unheard of...
Is often the reality.
If you have seen it
You have risen from the dead.
Indeed.
